Our services

Sectoral naturopath

General physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is a form of treatment used to address conditions from almost all medical fields. Its goal is to improve the body’s mobility and functional ability.

Kinesiology taping

Kinesiology tape can relieve pain, support the healing process for injuries, and reduce inflammation. It is also a gentle and supportive measure for muscular tension, which often occurs as compensatory discomfort during or after sports injuries, helping to support the body holistically.

Classic physiotherapy

Classic physiotherapy is often prescribed to patients who have undergone surgery and now need to gradually rebuild strength and mobility.

Knieverletzungen, aber auch zum Beispiel Schulter- oder Rückenbeschwerden können mit der Krankengymnastik oft effektiv und nachhaltig gelindert bzw. verbessert werden.

CMD – Craniomandibular Dysfunction

Do you often suffer from headaches, neck tension, tinnitus, or have problems with chewing? Then you may be experiencing a condition called craniomandibular dysfunction (CMD), a functional disorder of the skull and lower jaw. This functional disorder can cause a wide range of seemingly unrelated symptoms throughout the body—such as cervical spine blockages, leg length differences, or pelvic tilt.

Lymphatic drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle form of massage that stimulates lymph flow, helping to reduce congestion and swelling in the body.

Pelvic floor and spinal exercises

The pelvic floor, deep abdominal and back muscles, and the diaphragm, together with the muscles of the feet, form a functional unit. They help stabilize the trunk and maintain upright posture in daily life. Exercises that support pelvic floor awareness and coordination, gentle stretching and strengthening exercises for upright posture, and relaxation techniques create a comprehensive program suitable for all age groups.

PNF physiotherapy with a neurological focus

The abbreviation PNF stands for Proprioceptive (stimulating receptors located in tendons, joints, and muscles that sense tension and length), Neuromuscular (coordination between nerves and muscles), Facilitation (making movement easier). The PNF method is mainly used in neurology, but also in orthopedics and surgery, to normalize impaired movement patterns.

Pneumatron (suction wave therapy)

With gentle pressure, the tissue is suctioned and immediately released—200 times per minute.
Die Pneumatische Pulsationsmassage regt die Bewegung sämtlicher Gewebeflüssigkeiten an. Insbesondere verstärkt sich die Fließgeschwindigkeit des Blutes und der Lymphe.

Heat and cold therapy

The hot roll (HR) is a physical therapy technique from heat therapy that combines the benefits of local heat application with a massage effect. The therapist uses a roll made from towels soaked in very hot water. With short, firm pressure movements, the hot roll is applied to the desired areas of the body, resulting in significantly increased blood circulation.

Visceral osteopathy

Osteopathy is based on the idea that the body can heal itself. This so-called self-regulation relies on the understanding that our bodily functions are supported by our nervous and vascular systems. With appropriate stimulation of our self-healing abilities, a person can independently heal dysfunctions and injuries.

Manual therapy

Manual therapy allows for the assessment and treatment of functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system. This approach is based on specific manual techniques and mobilizations that help relieve pain and correct movement dysfunctions. Before creating an individual treatment plan, the physiotherapist examines joint mechanics, muscle function, and movement coordination.

Home visits

We provide doctor-prescribed home visits in Hamburg-Harburg. We strive to accommodate all requests for home visits, as we understand that patients confined to their homes due to illness rely on physiotherapy support.

Foot reflexology massage

Using specific hand techniques, the reflex zones on the foot are stimulated. This activates the inherent regenerative power of the corresponding organ or spine.
Zur Anwendug kommt die Fußreflexzonenmassage z.B. bei statisch/muskulären Fehlhaltungen oder Organbeschwerden.

Schroth therapy

Schroth therapy is used to treat spinal curvature. This form of therapy is often applied in the treatment of scoliosis.

TCM cupping

In therapeutic practice, TCM cupping is used to treat tissue blockages, relieve pain from injuries, and promote blood circulation. Cupping also helps restore the proper flow of Qi in the body.
